ITINERARY— Florida’s Historic St. Augustine B, L, D=Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. Some breakfasts may be “healthy start” with cold cereal, fruit, juice, beverage. This sample Itinerary is subject to change.Day 1: We're off! Stretch out in the SuperBus! Our overnight's lodging is in the vicinity of Rocky Mount, SC. Throughout our trip, we'll make frequent comfort stops and your escort is on board to help make the ride very special with fun, games, "happy hour" beverages, juices, soft drinks and snacks...all compliments of Seniortours. Day 2: "Welcome to Florida"! This afternoon we're in Sunny Florida! Get ready to see you're "home-away-from-home for the next 5 nights. If locations is everything, then the Comfort Suites has it all. Nestled on a private lake by the World Golf Village, you'll be able to luxuriate in your comfortable spacious suite. Feel free to soak in the lakeside views while treating yourself to a dip in the outdoor or indoor pool! If you wish, play golf or relax at the spa! You'll have convenient access to area golf courses, the IMAX Theatre, and the World Golf Hall of Fame-it's perfect for golfers and non-golfers alike! All 162 luxurious suites come equipped with sofa-bed, desk, microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, and data-port phones. Heated indoor and outdoor pools, exercise facility, hot spa, and sundeck, along with Mulligan's Pub, round out the hotel's recreation facilities. B, D
Day 4: Today, if you'd like, you can visit the World Golf Hall of Fame and IMAX Theatre, or enjoy the facilities of the resort. Our memorable day ends with another seacoast dinner. B, D Day 5: Today we'll take the easy drive down the coast to visit the San Sebastian Winery, where we'll enjoy a tour of the winery and be able to sample some wonderful red and white wines. Lunch is included today. B, L Day 6: After a leisurely morning, we'll board the coach for a riding tour of the area, with stops at the St. Augustine Lighthouse and Museum. B, D Day 7: After our stay in St. Augustine has warmed our bodies and souls, we bid farewell and travel northward to our overnight stop in North Carolina. B Day 8: On the road with more good times on and off the motorcoach, as we ride northward towards home, with an early evening arrival expected. B |
Golfers
Day 3:
Breakfast and dinner is served each day in Florida! After breakfast,
let's board the coach for the short ride to the Historic area of St.
Augustine, where we'll enjoy a narrated ride on the famous Sightseeing
Train, and later have a chance to experience the tastes, sounds, colors and
shops of one of the oldest streets in America. Later, a narrated,
scenic cruise on St. Augustine's picturesque Matanzas Bay is in store for
us. Dinner is served at a local favorite. B, D
