2. Use our booking form or phone us & book your tour. Mail your check (made payable to "Seniortours Inc.") to the address below. Payment by personal check is preferred, to help reduce tour costs. If you elect to use your VISA or MASTERCARD a 3% fee will be accessed to partially offset bank transaction costs. Deposit is $100 per person for motor coach tours; please phone us for tours involving cruises or flights. Feel free to use the booking form, or enclose a note with your deposit, and send to the address below. For group reservations, please consult your group leader for payment schedule. Sorry, we regret that we cannot accept charge card payments for group reservations with exception of cruises.
3. We'll confirm your reservation via mail, the same day we receive your deposit.
4. Your final payment is due 30 days prior to departure on motor coach tours. Airlines and cruise lines usually specify 70 days (or longer) prior to departure. We'll be happy to accept your personal check for the balance. If you wish to use your credit card, please charge the full cost of your tour at the time of initial booking.
5. Our famous "No Worry" Refund Cancellation Policy (and more): Up to 72 hours prior to your departure, if you must cancel your all motor coach tour because of a medical problem involving you, your roommate, or immediate family member, Seniortours will refund 100% of your payments, excluding any nonrefundable charges from hotels or other suppliers. Cancellations within 30 days of departure which are not due to medical reasons are subject to a $100.00 per person administration fee. On motor coach tours, there is never a penalty for a cancellations more than 30 days prior to departure.
Optional cancellation, trip interruption, luggage, and medical insurance is available and recommended. Cancellation refunds for vacations involving airlines or cruises vary, and penalties may be applied by the cruise line, airline, or tour operator. Please make sure that you are aware of the cancellation policy of your particular cruise or tour. If you must interrupt your trip, we regret that tour suppliers (hotels, restaurants, transportation companies, etc.) will withhold all, or a portion of, payments. While Seniortours will seek to secure any reimbursement possible, such reimbursements generally represent only a fraction of your payments. Seniortours Inc. acts as agent only in providing and arranging all tour services, and assume no responsibility for injury, damage to luggage, loss, theft, accident or delay due to the act or default of any company or person engaged in transporting its tour patrons or providing other services. Every booking is accepted subject to the conditions imposed by these independent contractors, including the air, cruise line, coach, hotel, restaurant, and other companies firms, or persons concerned with the tour. Supplemental travel insurance is available from Seniortours if requested. Seniortours reserves the right to cancel or modify any tour upon advance notice, and will return all moneys paid in connection with such cancelled tours.
6. Tips, smoking, motor coach seating, etc.: Smoking is not permitted on board the motor coach. Motor coach seating is pre-assigned, with requests concerning seat location honored in the order of our receipt of each passenger's final payment. Seating is confirmed within 1 week of departure. Taxes & tips to hotel and restaurant personnel are included in most tours, while the customary "rule-of-thumb" gratuity for Seniortours' famous "above and beyond" level of service from your escort and driver is $3-$4 per person, per day, for each.
