ITINERARY—Southern Maine Seacoast Spectacular

B, D=Breakfast, Dinner.  This sample Itinerary is subject to change.

Day 1: We're off!  Stretch out in the video-equipped SuperBus!  We’re en route to New England.  Throughout your trip, we'll make frequent comfort stops, and your friendly Seniortours escort is on board to help make the ride very special, with fun, games, free cocktails, soft drinks and snacks—compliments of Seniortours.  After a quick “freshen-up” at the hotel, we’re off for casino fun at Foxwoods or Mohegan Sun, with the best package available.  Hope “Lady Luck” is smiling on you!  Dinner voucher is included this evening. D

Day 2: Good morning!  After breakfast, we’ll board our coach and journey towards coastal New England.  We’ll be stopping in Boston’s historic Quincy Marketplace before continuing northward.  We arrive in quaint Ogunquit during the late afternoon, in time to enjoy a stroll down the Marginal Way, a rustic path hugging the shoreline, adjacent to the lovely oceanfront Anchorage Inn our home for the next 3 nights.  Dinner is served this evening in one of the area's most popular restaurants. B, D

Day 3: After a delightful breakfast overlooking the Atlantic, we’ll enjoy the short trip to the historic Kennebunk's, beginning with a tour of the Seashore Trolley Museum (available June), or enjoy alternate sightseeing (May & October).  Next, we’ll "see the sights" including the famous “Wedding Cake” House, and later, have time to relax in picturesque Kennebunkport.  After our return to the Ogunquit area, dinner is served.  Later, how about a stroll along the coastline or a relaxing dip in the whirlpool spa or indoor swimming pool? B, D

Day 4: Good morning! After a leisurely breakfast, we’ll board our coach and journey up the coast into the Boothbay Harbor region.  Today’s adventure takes us through Portland, Bath, and the postcard picture-perfect coastal Maine towns of Wiscasset and Boothbay Harbor.  Our full day sightseeing ride will be broken up with photo-stops and a boat ride today.  Breathe in the fresh sea air of the coast!  Save your appetite and get ready for a real Maine lobster bake— served in rustic surroundings and complete with “sing-along” fun and entertainment! B, D

Day 5: A final hearty Maine breakfast, and then we’re off.  More fun on the coach, “Seniortours-style” today as we find ourselves happily heading southward towards home. B
