ITINERARY — A Trio of Village Delights
B, D=Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
This sample Itinerary is subject to change.
Day 1: Were
off! Your friendly Seniortours escort is on board the deluxe
motor coach to host complimentary cocktails, snacks, beverages, fun and
games. After lunch en route, we'll prepare for our afternoon arrival
at the Castleton, NY Comfort Inn and Suites hotel. Dinner tonight is
served at Jack's, Albany's oldest landmark restaurant. This evening
relax and enjoy the amenities of the hotel...how about a dip in the jacuzzi
or the hotel's heated indoor pool. D
Day 2: After
our deluxe continental breakfast, we're off to quaint Stockbridge,
Massachusetts this morning, home of the beloved Norman Rockwell, arguably
America's most famous artist. We'll view his works at the Rockwell
Museum and have plenty of time to explore this picture-postcard perfect
village. Later today, dinner is served off the menu at the Cracker
Barrel, a Seniortours' favorite. B, D
Day 3:
Following breakfast, we'll head north today to meet
our local guide in Saratoga Springs. We'll stop at the mineral baths
that made this town famous, view the many Victorian mansions and have free
time downtown. We'll all have a chance to take in the National Museum
of Racing and Racing Hall of Fame. Tonight, we'll enjoy an
all-you-care-to-eat buffet dinner at Saratoga's new Slot Casino prior to our
return home. Good Luck! What a full day!. B, D
Day 4:
After breakfast we travel west to the home of Abner Doubleday and the
Baseball Hall of Fame in quaint Cooperstown, NY, "America's Hometown".
We'll have a chance to take in the Hall of Fame as well as the very
interesting Farmers Museum and Village Crossroads. Another tasty
dinner is served tonight at an area favorite. B, D
Day 5: After breakfast, we'll board
the motor coach and prepare for our return home. More fun & games on
the bus as we continue southward towards home-sweet-home. But wait!
The party's not over yet! We'll have a special "Mystery Stop" (Sorry,
we can't "spill the beans" and tell you the details yet) en route home to
break up the trip, with our arrival back home scheduled for the late
afternoon. B |
